Misty Morning

The other day I was getting ready for work and let the dog out into the yard for her morning run. I was in a hurry and didn't really look around. But when I let her back in I noticed it was a bit foggy outside. A foggy mist was settling over the neighborhood and I loved the way it looked filtering through the trees.

I thought I'd share a few pictures.

I love the Smoky Mountains and the mist reminded me of morning in the Smokies.

Until I can get my "Smokies" fix I'll have to settle for the home version of "Smoky Mountain Morning."

    Lucy, Thanks for dropping by. I'm fine with you mentioning me on your site, and I'm glad we get to see what's over the top today. Very nice shot.

    I still think it's very amusing that we both have blogs called Pictures Just Pictures (my other Wordpress blog), with basically the same format too.

    I'm surprised more people haven't chosen the name - but maybe not many people want to stay silent and have 'just' pictures. That's one of the nice things about having more than one blog - it makes a place for the words to go!
